How do I become a member?

Simply choose a subscription type that best suits your needs by clicking on the Sign Up button or on this link: Membership and then just fill out the required information.

We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal and Purchase Orders from U.S. Schools.

How do I renew my subscription?

Click on the link Renew or Purchase a New Subscription that is on your Profile page and then select a subscription that best suits your needs.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer several types of memberships based on your specific needs. For a comparison of the subscription types please visit the Membership page.

Family/ Student Subscription

Ideal for a family, a student or a teacher that only needs access to complete library of digital resources.

Homeschool Subscription

Ideal for 1 Parent or Teacher and up to 5 Student Accounts.

Teacher Subscription

Ideal for 1 Teacher with one class with up to 50 Student Accounts.

Teacher Subscription

Ideal for 1 Teacher teaching multiple classes with up to 150 Student Accounts.

School & District Subscription

We offer custom subscription options to accommodate All Teachers & Students in one School or an Entire District that fit your budget. Please contact us for a quote or fill out this form.

How long does my subscription last?

Free trial subscriptions are active for 14 days.

Paid subscriptions are active for one full calendar year and begin at the time of purchase. However, you may still have access to your account even after your subscription expires, but without the benefits of an active member.

Please note that your subscription to the www.newpathonline.com Website does not constitute the purchase of educational materials. Your subscription represents a license to use all materials on the Website as long as you have a current subscription. If for any reason the subscription is terminated or not renewed, you may no longer use any these materials in any manner or form, as the license to use the materials is no longer in effect. If the subscription is terminated and/or not renewed, all materials downloaded and/or printed from the Website must be destroyed immediately.

Is sharing of my password allowed?

All accounts are valid for only one subscriber and that you agree to keep your username and password private and not share it with anyone. Sharing of the subscription account is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to suspend your account if sharing is suspected.

What am I allowed to do with the resources on www.newpathonline.com?

The viewing, assigning, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Website grants you only a limited, nonexclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable and revocable license to only view, assign and print solely by you and your students personal use and not for commercial use, republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. Placing any of the resources on any website or digital media sources with public access is strictly prohibited.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time on your Profile page. After logging into your account, click on your name on the upper left side and then select My Profile. Deselect Receive NewPath updates to remove your name from any future mailings.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal and Purchase Orders from U.S. Schools.

NewPath Learning uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect your credit card information. It encrypts all of your personal and credit card information so that this information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system, and once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price.

Please note that your subscription to the www.newpathonline.com does not constitute the purchase of educational materials. Technical questions

Can’t Access My Account

Click on Can’t Access My Account link on the Sign In page and enter your email address which you’ve used to create the account. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email, since depending on your spam settings at times it may end up there.

Students will need to request the teacher or parent to reset the password for their account.

Can I log in to my account from anywhere?

You may access your account from anywhere there’s Internet connection on any computer (Mac or PC), Chromebooks, including iPads and Android mobile devices.

How do I change my account information?

You can change your information on your Profile page at any time. After logging into your account, click on your name on the upper left side and then select My Profile.

How do I delete my account?

Please email us at customerservice@newpathlearning.com in case you want your account completely deleted. Be sure to provide us with your full name, username, email and phone number to verify your identity.
